Unique Apple Recipes
I'd rather think that these are special recipes in themselves and worthy of the "unique" label. For example, we often hear about Boston Baked Beans, but how many times have you heard of them sweetened with a combination of yummy applesauce, brown sugar, and molasses. I believe somewhere in my repertoire there may be some apple chutney or preserves. These are recipes, and I hope you agree, that should not be lost in a "miscellaneous" or "other" type section.
