Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 lbs. cocktail-size smoked sausages (Vienna sausages, cocktail franks, or kielbasa in bite-size chunks may be substituted for the smoked sausages.)
3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced (I used red delicious.)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons warm water
