Our Apple-Cranberry Crisp is a sweet yet tangy apple crisp dessert recipe. It is a perfect marriage of our two main ingredients. For this apple crisp recipe, you can afford to use one of the sweeter apples to offset the tangy flavor of the cranberries. I happened to use gala apples when I made this today. If you find you only have a tart apple on hand, just adjust the amount of sugar you put in.
As we speak, I have a lovely pan of homemade apple crisp in the oven. I'll be sure to get a photograph of it for you, so you'll be able to see this colorful dish soon after it comes from the oven.
