Apple Cheesecake Recipes

What dessert collection would be complete without Apple Cheesecake Recipes? Merriam-Webster's Dictionary defines "cheesecake" as "a dessert consisting of a creamy filling usually containing cheese, baked in a pastry or pressed-crumb shell.

I must say, their definition is perfect, but it just doesn’t capture all the dimensions of a cheesecake, especially an apple one. In some cases, apples are added to the creamy filling, making it oh so smooth with the taste and texture of a few strategically-placed, pieces of apple.

Toppings tend to vary from one to another...some have nuts and some don’t for example. However, I think most people can agree that this is one of the most decadent dishes in the world. Rich in nature, a thin slice will usually do after a dinner. However, a good, healthy slice might be in order if you have just a simple meal and focus on the wonderful apple dessert.
